Wax Factor is rolling out our loyalty rewards program. It is now up and running! This program is to reward our customers who have been supporting us since the day our business commenced. We hope to improve the program as we move on into the next coming years. Thank you for supporting us.

Points and Redemption

• For every $1 spent, you will receive 1 point.
• Points can only be redeemed when they reach 500 points.
• Your (500 points) will be converted into store credit of $55 automatically which can be used to purchase any services or packages.
• Rewards points cannot be redeemed by partial value.
• If you purchase a package, you can redeem your points on the next visit.

• To qualify for our loyalty program, you must be a paying customer, including package purchases or a la carte services.
• Please note that services booked through ClassPass are not eligible to collect reward points.
